FAQ’s

Firstly, you will need a Telkom telephone line which has been upgraded to a DSL line. You can order your DSL line here. Once you have your DSL line activated, you will then just need a DSL router which you can purchase here.
The billing cycle for all monthly services is from the 1st to the last day of every month. You will be invoiced and data will be renewed on the 1st of every month regardless of your sign up date.
By paying via credit card or debit order your services will be activated immediately. Additional T’s & C’s may apply to Mobile Data and Hardware.
Yes, all you will need to do is apply for a DSL line here.
You can view your data usage on our ClientZone. We will also send you a complimentary SMS once you have reached 50%, 80% and 100% of your data allocation.
