FAQ’sWhat do I need in order to have an Virtual Landline DSL service?Firstly, you will need a Telkom telephone line which has been upgraded to a DSL line. You can order your DSL line here. Once you have your DSL line activated, you will then just need a DSL router which you can purchase here. Will I be billed every month on the same day that I started my service?The billing cycle for all monthly services is from the 1st to the last day of every month. You will be invoiced and data will be renewed on the 1st of every month regardless of your sign up date. How long will it take to activate my new service?By paying via credit card or debit order your services will be activated immediately. Additional T’s & C’s may apply to Mobile Data and Hardware. Can I move my DSL line over to Virtual Landlines?Yes, all you will need to do is apply for a DSL line here. How will I know how much data I have left?You can view your data usage on our ClientZone. We will also send you a complimentary SMS once you have reached 50%, 80% and 100% of your data allocation.
